Energy Abounds!

Energy is something of a premium these days, or so it seems. Almost everyone I talk to says they don't have any and I have to wonder why they don't. I have an over-abundance of energy these days - so much so that I don't seem to have to sleep as much as I used to. I'm wondering if it has something to do with the Fountain of Youth exercises that I've been practicing for about 7 months.

When I first began doing these exercises (for people over 50 years-old) it was difficult to do all 5 of them, one time! The idea is to start doing as many as you can, then add to them daily until you get to doing 21 of each, once every day. The whole work-out takes about 8 minutes once you get up to doing all 105 of them. It sounds like a lot, but it really isn't. What blew me away when I began the exercises was the effort it took to do just the 5 of them, one time! I knew I was aging faster than anticipated and the realization of that fact was my motivation to stick with the routine.

After 7 months, the exercises seem to be paying off. My energy levels have increased substantially, my body is stronger, I have literally no aches or pains, am more flexible than ever before and more toned. I still won't color my hair because I totally resent the fact that society in general thinks that to be attractive you have to look like you're still in your 30s and 40s, (i.e. no gray).

The idea of the Fountain of Youth exercises originated, so I have read, with something called the Tibetan Fire Rites which state that the body has energy vortexes corresponding with the endocrine system. The endocrine system consists of the ductless glands of the pineal, pituitary, thyroid, thymus, adrenals, Leydig and reproductive glands. As we age these glands don't work as well as when we are young and that is the reason we age.

The Tibetan Fire Rites rekindle the body's fire. It's that simple. Energy abounds. The exercises may reverse the aging process, showing improvement over time if consistent. The key here is on being consistent.

Anyone over age 50 is welcome to attend the Art of Natural Healing workshop to learn the Fountain of Youth exercises and to understand and see for yourself why they are important. Anyone who has been to the class can tell you they were amazed, a few were actually blown away, when they witnessed what the exercises would do for them. All but four of the exercises involve getting down on the floor so if there are knee or leg problems, be prepared. It may involve more time to do them but they are not impossible if you persist. Floor cushions are helpful, mats suffice. Call for more information on date and time.

Oh, and IDs will not be checked. grin
